SEARCH & BROWSE RESTAURANTS

• Explore a comprehensive directory of restaurants by availability, name, location, or proximity to your current whereabouts.
• Gain insights into restaurants by customer ratings, offered cuisines, locations, operating hours, and various booking alternatives to facilitate your decision-making process.

INSTANT & REQUEST BOOKINGS

• Choose between two types of booking categories: INSTANT BOOKINGS (watermelon color label) and REQUEST A BOOKING (turquoise label).
• Select a date, party size, and time for your reservation by clicking 'Book Now' for instant bookings or 'Request' for the other category.
• Instant bookings are promptly confirmed, while requested bookings require restaurant approval. Look out for the 'medal icon' denoting swift responses to booking requests. Average Response Time for request-based venues can be found by tapping the turquoise label at the top right corner.

YOUR BOOKINGS

• Access your upcoming and past booking records from the bookings section.
• Easily manage your reservations by sharing, editing, or canceling upcoming bookings and reviewing past experiences.

FAVORITES

• Save preferred dining establishments by simply tapping the 'heart icon' for future convenient booking access.

NOTIFICATIONS

• Receive booking confirmations via SMS and/or email for instant bookings. Additionally, get reminder SMS notifications one day before and on the day of your reservation. Guests can easily confirm or cancel bookings by responding with 'Confirm' or 'Cancel' to these communication prompts.
